How It All Began
Our Story
Zestia was born from a simple love for baking and the joy it brings to people. What began as a small passion soon grew into a commitment to create desserts that not only taste exceptional but also make moments memorable. We believed there was room for a place where quality, creativity, and authenticity come together, and that belief shaped Zestia.
From experimenting with flavours to perfecting recipes, every step of our journey has been driven by the desire to craft treats that feel special. Over time, our offerings expanded, from custom cakes and cookies to donuts, cheesecakes, dessert jars, and more, each made with the same care and passion that inspired our beginning.

What started as a simple idea grew into a mission to create delightful experiences for every customer. Their unique paths, shared values, and unwavering dedication laid the foundation for Zestia — a brand built with heart, honesty, and hard work.
Asiya Rifath Pasha
Passionate Vision, Artful Execution
Every bake at Zestia carries a piece of Asiya’s story. Born and raised in Bangalore, she grew up in a family that valued discipline, hard work, and dedication. Her father, a retired IPS officer from Karnataka, was a strong influence in shaping her perseverance and spirit.
After completing her M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Bangalore University, Asiya dedicated her early years to her family. As a homemaker and a loving mother to two children, an 11-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter, she found joy in creating sweet memories around the dining table. What began as a simple passion for baking at home soon became “Craving Sorted,” a small venture where her bakes became a favorite among friends and loved ones.
With Zestia Bakehouse, Asiya transformed that passion into a dream venture. To her, baking is more than just recipes, it is about warmth, togetherness, and making everyday moments special. Every cake, cookie, and dessert carries the same love and care that first started at home. For Asiya, Zestia is not just a bakery; it is a way of sharing happiness, one bite at a time.

Saloni brings over 8 years of experience in crafting cakes, pouring dedication and artistry into every creation. Each swirl of cream, every detail in design, and every carefully chosen flavor reflects her passion and creativity.
For her, every cake is more than a dessert, it is a canvas of memories and a storyteller of special moments. From birthdays to weddings, and from milestones to small celebrations, she believes that every occasion deserves a cake as unique and meaningful as the moment it celebrates.
With Zestia Bakehouse, Saloni continues her baking journey, combining creativity, artistry, and heartfelt flavors to craft cakes that delight the senses and leave a lasting impression. Each creation is designed to bring joy and make celebrations truly special.
